AMAXPOWER CL Series 2V Deep Cycle Gel Battery is high-temperature sealed free maintenance deep cycle Gel battery with 15-20 years life in float service, designed for frequent cycle applications. Equal to HD12V Series deep cycle gel battery. Suitable for Solar, CATV, marine, industry, RV and deep discharge UPS, communication and telecommunication, etc.

Features and Advantages

1. Offers excellent recovery performance after deep discharge under frequent cyclic discharge use and provide 500 cycles at 100% discharge depth (DOD), 900 cycles at 50% DOD, over 2000 cycles at 30% DOD.
2. Using deep cycle design, 4BS lead paste technology, unique corrosion- resistant grid alloy, high-quality nano silica gel electrolyte, improves battery life.
3. Gas recombination technology ensures excellent seal reaction efficiency, thus delivering no pollution such as acid mist to the environment.
4. Radial grid design offers this power storage device excellent discharge performance.
5. Completely manufactured from high purity raw materials, AMAXPOWER deep cycle gel battery has extremely low self discharge.
6. Heat sealing technique instead of glue sealing to increase the tightness and stability of battery.

Internal Structure
1. By combining the newly developed Nano Silicone Gel electrolyte with high density paste, the GL series VRLA gel battery offers high recharge efficiency at very low charge current. The acid stratification is highly reduced by adding Nano Gel.
2. Negative Plates: Use the special PbCa alloy grids, optimize the recombination efficiency and less gassing.
3. Three steps of Seal procedures: Ensure battery completely sealed with safety, never leakage and volatile acid, longer life.
4. Silica gel nano - gel electrolyte imported from Germany is adopted.
5. Terminal post: Copper or lead material with maximum conductivity, enhance the high current rapidly.
6. Positive plates: PbCa grids minimize corrosion and prolong life.

Q1. Are you a battery manufacturer, and do you produce the plate by yourself?
A: Yes, we are a professional battery manufacture with more than 17years experience in Guangdong Province, China. And we produce plates by ourselves.
Q2. How about the delivery time usually?
A: About 7 days for stock products, around 20 days for half container products, 30 days for 20ft full container products.
Q3. Can you print my logo on the batteries?
A: Yes, you can print your logo on our batteries when you order reach 20ft container quantity. If not, price will be negotiated.
Q4. Can your battery be delivered by sea and air?
A: Yes, our batteries can be delivered both by sea and by air. We have MSDS, test report for safe transport as non-dangerous products.
Q5. What certificate your company have?
A: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001,  CE, IEC 61427 test report, and other Chinese honor.
Q6. How does your factory control the quality?
A: We Adopt ISO 9001 quality system to control the quality. We have Incoming Quality Control (IQC) department to test and confirm raw material meets high quality producing requirements; Production Quality Control (PQC) department contains The first Inspection, In-process quality control, acceptance inspection and full inspection; Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) department confirm no defective batteries come out from the factory.
Q7. Is it 10HR or 20HR?
A: For 4AH to 17AH battery: 20HR, 24AH to 250AH battery: 10HR
Q8. Why battery has different capacity at different hour rate?
A: The capacity of a battery, in Ahs, is a dynamic number that is dependent on the discharge current. For example, a battery that is discharged at 10A will give you more capacity than a battery that is discharged at 100A. With the 20-hr rate, the battery is able to deliver more Ahs than with the 2-hr rate because the 20-hr rate uses a lower discharge current than the 2-hr rate.
Q9. What is your warranty time for VRLA battery?
A: It depends on battery capacity, depth of discharge, and battery usage. Please kindly contact us for accurate information based on detailed requirements.
Q10. What is the shelf life of VRLA battery and how to maintain the battery?
A: The limiting factor of battery's shelf life is the rate of self-discharge which itself is temperature dependent. VRLA batteries will self-discharge less than 3% per month at 77° F (25° C). VRLA batteries should not be stored for more than 6 months at 77° F (25° C) without recharged. If in hot temperature, recharge it every 3 months. When batteries are taken out of long storage, it is recommended to recharge before use.
Q11. Can I fast charge my battery?
A: Fast charging is not recommended as ifs harmful for the battery.
Q12. Can I do a partial replacement of my batteries?
A: Partial battery replacement of lead acid battery banks is not recommended.
Q13. If battery damage, how will you solve the problem?
A: If there is problem happened, we will gather all the picture and according to your using condition to find out what cause this problem. If it is producing problem, we will replace you the new one in the next shipment
